Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Returns are not required for damaged or incorrect items. Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to the production process and are not considered defects.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us at support@shopmomlifestudio.com
  • Submit your request within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and 2–3 clear photos (full product, close-up of the issue, and packaging if available)
  • Provide a brief description of the issue

We may request additional information to verify the issue before approving a refund or replacement. Once approved, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are placed, as they are processed and sent to production shortly after purchase. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
